okay
. That is to say, they're not great, but they're not horrible either. What I am is despaired. I'm not sad that all hope is gone, I've just given up on it.

I'm not depressed. Depression requires you to be sad. I'm not sad, because things are okay. That is to say, they're not great, but they're not horrible either. What I am is despaired. I'm not sad that all hope is gone, I've just given up on it.
