Oct. 16th, 2003 04:32 pmFUUUUUCK. I just had this bizarre fit because my precious 603 financial aid check didn't come in today, which, I knew would happen, and I'd accepted that they probably lost the check again...but see I was told to call Thursday(today) and see if I can have the check stopped and resent on friday...Kay so I call... and I find out that I am FOURTY MINUTES TOO LATE to get it re-sent this week...which i wasn't expecting at -all-...you know "sorry, you're going to have to wait a week to have any money." ...then I called my mom at work just so I could tell someone, and started kinda sobbing...and she offered to loan me 100 bucks so I could get some of the crap I needed...like...uh... sneakers for my aerobics class...I was stupid to sign up for a class I didn't even have good shoes for...
...I swear, all this money trouble is enough to make a person get a job. ((sigh)) There's nothing out there for a 19 year old girl who got fired from her only job due to "attendance problems"...but come on. I used to get sick alot, and it's REALLY hard to stand at a register in a restaurant and take orders when mucus is leaking out of your nose, am I right?
Ah well. Even I know when I get a job again, it's going to involve fries, no matter how much I'd rather it be something else.
...To anyone in Eugene that might be reading this:
I am the short girl in the bright green wig that you've no doubt seen floating about at LCC. Do not fear me. Do not ask me if my hair is real. I assure you, it is not. Real hair does not have tinsel.
If you are driving past me while I am walking and are yelling something at me as you go by, chances are my headphones on and I didn't hear a thing you said. So, sorry about that.
If you saw me at planned parenthood yesterday, that wasn't a disguise I was wearing, I wore that wig all day, and all week.

If you say something about my hair and Halloween in the same sentence, let me assure you that you are not clever. You're not even next door to clever.
